First, let me apologize for the late posting, and we need your continued help and support getting the word out!
The final days of 2013 were a disaster for me. While hosting a Lockport Scholastic Chess tournament, the motherboard on my computer died, delayed paychecks, hospital and repairs to my car made things very financially difficult.
Back up and running again with a new chess equipment, we are extending registrations for midnight on Friday, Jan 17th for THE PAWNMASTER MEMORIAL CLASSIC to be held on SATURDAY, JANUARY 18, 2014 at the Old First Ward Community Center, 62 Republic Street, Buffalo NY.
TOTAL CASH PRIZES OF $1015.00 BASED ON 40 PLAYERS! PIZZA AND REFRESHMENTS PROVIDED for tournament players!
NEW CHESS FORMAT: FOUR USCF DUAL SANCTIONED GAMES with Games 1 and 2 are Game 60 with a 5 second delay, Games 3 and 4 are Game 90 with a 5 second delay! Sections of Play will be OPEN and U1600! SCHOLASTIC K-12 STARS (Unrated) will play four games, game 30 with a 5 second delay. Scholastic Stars must report by 9:30am, Games will start at 10am!
ENTRY FEES: OPEN is $35 or $45 CASH at the door! U1600 Entry Fees are $20 or $30 CASH at the door! Scholastic Stars Entry Fees are $10 or $15 CASH at the door!
OPEN & U1600 Players must report by 9am. Games will start at 9:30am, Noon, 2:15pm and 4:30pm.
Scholastic STARS must report by 9:30am, Games will start at 10am, 11am, Noon and 1pm with Awards Ceremony after with group and individual photos.
OPEN AND U1600 CASH PRIZES! OPEN CASH PRIZES BASED ON 20 PLAYERS - $325, $160, $100 TOP U1900 - $80. U1600 CASH PRIZES BASED ON 20 PLAYERS - $175, $100 AND $75! SCHOLASTIC STARS - TROPHIES AWARDED BASED ON ENTRIES!

Online registrations must be accepted at KNIGHTSOF64@YAHOO.COM no later than midnight on Friday, Jan 17th with discount cash payments accepted at the door, no checks at the door!
