  3. With regard to the tournament on May 15th, 2010 at Main Place Mall, Bill Rich informed me I had forfeited my games as a No Show. I was shocked because I never entered the tournament either in advance or at the site. I apologize for not understanding Mr. McDuffie's phone call late Saturday night when he asked "Were where you?" to which I responded "I had family matters."

    Again I was not an entrant in the tournament and I regret that another player might have been inconvenienced. Hopefully the faux pas can be corrected with the USCF.
