Thanks again Tom!
ReplyDeleteHey, with the additional 4 rating points that Felix Ling earned after this event, he now will be tied for 41st in the USA for players 7 years old or younger.
I'm glad I earned some points myself, otherwise Felix would be passing me in just a few months! So maybe I can hold him off through this summer at least.
Congratulations to all players.
ReplyDeleteNice going:
-Harish (54/75), 3 out of 3(!). To bad you could not play the last game.
-Mark (153/137),2.5 out of 4, and much higher competition. I am sure feels sooo good. You were indeed underrated... A few jumps like thise, and I will be a history. Waiting to see your games.
-David (14/9), 2 out of 2 is still good.
-Felix (4/5). 1 out of 3. Apparently competition was to high, but wait a few months, and you will be looking from the top. 41st now, soon you should be among first 10.
Sorry I was not there, but there was no way. I guess we would have some chancess for higher place, but you did great.
m
it was a great tourney. i will post my games soon.
ReplyDeleteMy congratulations to all involved.
ReplyDeleteAll of you acquitted yourselves
marvelously and I know that the
competition in this tournament was
quite formidble. Mark and Harish
had some impressive wins against
highly rated players. David and
Felix played really well also.
Despite not having Marijan, it's
hardly the 'B' team !
