Vitali Klitschko, Vladimir Kramnik, Peter Leko and Vladimir Klitschko, (before World Championship match in Brisago, 2004) (chess and boxing see previous post: http://buffalochess.blogspot.com/2007/03/chess-box.html) It will be interesting to watch a rapid match between World Champion and Rapid World Cup Champion. They played 2 matches before. One (rapid) was won by Kramnik 7:5 and another (for the World Champion) ended in a draw 7:7.   2. I hope there will be some exciting chess games from this. Quick Time Controls ought to prevent too many draws.

    So it is a Russian vs. a Hungarian, and Father Marijan is still able to get some Ukrainians in the photo. Nicely done!

  4. But now winning starts. Remember Leko-Adams match. First Adams won 3 games, then Leko won 3 games and they finish remaining 2 games peacefully.
